BodySpyce accepts payments via PayPal and major credit/debit cards. We also use square for our Point Of Sale transactions.
You do not have to have a PayPal account to purchase on this site.
All transactional data is highly secured encrypted so BodySpyce does have access to any payment information.
Lost or Damaged Goods -
BodySpyce is not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Our products are packed and shipped with protective layers to ensure your purchase arrives in tact.
BodySpyce does not accept exchanges or process refunds due to the nature of our product and sanitary/health concerns. If you are unsatisfied with any BodySpyce product, please contact us so we may address and resolve the issue. Our goal is to make each product with love and perfection and want every customer of BodySpyce to be 100% happy with the purchased product.
All of our products are unique and one of a kind. This means if you purchase an item from our store, it will not be an exact duplication because of its handmade and unique nature. You will receive a variation of the product, which can be in color, weight, shape and scent.
Shipping and Processing -
Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 1-2 days for shipping of your BodySpyce order. Most of our items are made to order. The only items we keep in inventory are our Cold Process Collection Luxury soaps and Spyce Body Butters.
If you are knowingly allergic to any ingredient used in any of our BodySpyce products, and you choose to use the products, BodySpyce is not responsible for any reactions which may result from use of the products. If allergic reaction occurs, consult a physician, call 911 and immediately discontinue use.
