BodySpyce Luxe & Candle Co. accepts payments via PayPal and major credit/debit cards. We also use Square for our POS transactions. 

You do not have to have a PayPal account to purchase on this site.

All transactional data is highly secured encrypted so BodySpyce Luxe & Candle Co. does have access to any payment information and will not keep your information on file.

Lost or Damaged Goods - 

BodySpyce Luxe & Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Our products are packed and shipped with protective layers to ensure your purchase arrives in tact. We pride ourselves to the highest customer service values and will gladly review any scenario in which you are not satisfied with any of our services.

Refunds/Exchanges - 

BodySpyce Luxe & Candle Co. does not accept exchanges. If your package arrives damaged, a thorough review will be demonstrated and a store credit will be offered for use in our online store. D

Due to the nature of our product and sanitary/health concerns, if you are unsatisfied with any BodySpyce Luxe & Candle Co. product, we cannot accept exchanges. Upon review of the issue, you will be issued either a refund or a store credit equal to the value of the damaged goods or services. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item so we may address and resolve the issue. Our goal is to make each product with love and perfection and want every customer of BodySpyce Luxe & Candle Co. to be 100% happy with the purchased product. 

All of our products are unique and one of a kind. This means if you purchase an item from our store, it will not be an exact duplication because of its handmade and unique nature. You will receive a variation of the product, which can be in color, weight, shape and scent.

Shipping and Processing - 

Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 1-3 days for shipping or delivering of your BodySpyce Luxe & Candle Co.  order. All items are made to order in most cases with the exception of the Candle Co. and Luxury Soap line. We have limited inventory of candles on hand, so if you have a special request for candles, please allow 7-10 days for cure time. Due to the nature of our coconut-soy wax we require the candles and wax melts to cure in-house for 7-10 days. Our luxury soaps are required to cure a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks for best results.

If you are knowingly allergic to any ingredient used in any of our BodySpyce Luxe & Candle Co. products, and you choose to use the products, BodySpyce Luxe & Candle Co. is not responsible for any reactions which may result from use of the products.  If allergic reaction occurs, stop using the product immediatelys, consult a physician and call 911.
